We are currently available for Pennsylvania home inspections Monday through Saturday.  We will only schedule two separate home inspections per day and one on Saturday.  This ensures that we can spend as much time as necessary with you and answer any of your questions.  Inspection times are 9:00am and 2:00pm.  If there is another time that is better for you, we can schedule the inspection for a different time as long as our schedule allows. 

When calling to schedule an inspection, please be prepared to provide the following pieces of information:

- your current mailing address and telephone number(s)

- the age, style, and selling price of the house to be inspected

- the address of the house to be inspected as well as the closest cross street to the property

- information about the agent representing you in the purchase of the house (agent's name, work telephone number, and agency name)

We prefer to schedule an inspection at least 24 hours in advance.
